Acceptance of terms

By creating a merchant account on the ZebraPay onboarding portal, verifying your mobile number, or submitting KYC documents, you agree to these Terms & Conditions on behalf of the business you represent. If you do not have authority to bind that business, you must not use this portal.

Services covered

This portal lets you register as a ZebraPay merchant, verify your identity, upload compliance documents, complete eSign where required, and activate payment gateway services. Feature availability may vary by entity type, geography, and partner approvals.

Merchant obligations

You must provide accurate business details, upload genuine KYC documents, keep login credentials secure, and use ZebraPay only for lawful commerce. Misrepresentation, synthetic documents, or prohibited business categories may result in immediate suspension.

• Maintain valid GST/PAN and entity registration where required
• Complete mobile OTP verification and respond to ops requests promptly
• Not process transactions for illegal, fraudulent, or sanctioned activities

Fees and settlements

Commercial fees, if any, are set out in your order form or partner agreement. Settlement timing depends on connected PSP and acquirer rules. Sandbox or demo environments must not process live funds.

Service changes and availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the onboarding portal or APIs. We may modify features with reasonable notice where commercially practical.

Liability and governing law

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZebraPay's aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months before the claim. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Pune having exclusive jurisdiction.
